This is a NEW oil pan kit for all LS series GM engines when installing into 1979-2004 Ford Mustangs. Also fits other Fox-based cars such as Fairmont. You've got a truck motor for your project and the stock truck pan won't fit your car, or hangs too low? Having crossmember clearance issues with the stock LS1 pan? No worries, this kit will solve those problems and bolts on as a direct replacement.

This pan is smaller in critical areas than the stock Truck/Camaro/Firebird LS1 pan and fits more easily. Includes a factory-style windage tray and baffles so you don't lose horsepower! No oil filter relocation kit is necessary.

Much improved ground and crossmember clearance vs. the stock Truck pan.

This pan uses a Delco PF48 oil filter or equivalent (Bosch 3334 or D3334,Fram XG10060, etc). We recommend the Wix 57060. Also fits most 1955 and up GM rear drive cars.

In our shop, we've found this fits just about everything people commonly swap LS engines into. Including Ford Mustang Fox Body, GM G-Body, A-body, X-body, and F-body cars. Nova, Camaro, Chevelle, Malibu, Monte Carlos, Chevy Malibu, Buick Regal, and GM and Ford trucks, to name a few! The price is reasonable and the quality is great. Have questions? Unlike some other pans, it does *not* hang low below the crossmember! Wheelies are no problem!!

  • Traditional high-quality cast aluminum appearance with clean exterior styling
  • Provides maximum clearance for vehicles where the steering linkage is behind the engine cross member
  • Complete kit includes sump baffle, OE style pick-up tube, sump plug, oil filter stud, oil passage cover, hardware and gasket. Dipstick and tube SOLD SEPARATELY.
  • Like all LS swap pans, some trimming of factory windage try is required!

**It does not typically fit Mopar swaps (such as A, B and E body). The 302-1 Holley is a better choice for the ever-popular Tri-5 swaps.

    Scram Speed to the rescue! after looking and looking for and will oil pan to fit my LS swap into my fox body I finally found it as well as a way to adapt my factory rack and pinion steering to work with the LS steering pump! ALL IN ONE EASY PLACE!
