We see fantastic performance out of the 6014 series control boxes and LS Swaps on our in-house chassis dyno! In our LS Swap mustang with an LS1 long block, Polluter camshaft, Holley 300-132 intake manifold, Quickfuel 750, and the MSD control box we made 394 rear wheel horsepower (see pics). Way simpler than an EFI swap and more affordable as well.
With our 6.0 powered 1978 Malibu Wagon with LS3 heads, 850 Carburetor, Victor Jr intake, and BTR Stage IV Camshaft we made over 500 hp to the tires!
Both of these combinations are putting that kind of power down through TH400 transmissions 9" rear ends!
Works with 58x and 24x reluctor wheels! This box includes the required wire harnesses from the box to your coil brackets!
New features of the LS Ignition include; high speed data acquisition, an optional coolant temperature sensor input, idle timing control, as well as individual cylinder timing. These features are in addition to the existing 12V activated timing retard, programmable step retard, launch retard and RPM rev-limiters from its predecessor.
